When logging into Blackboard, if you receive an error that your account is locked, please contact our Help Desk to reset your password. This will change the password to your Kean e-mail address as well, but you will be able to change it back once you have logged in.
Our Help Desk technicians can assist you via phone (908-737-6000) or in-person, but we cannot send passwords through digital means due to FERPA compliance policies.
