When opening the LockDown Browser, you may be prompted with two "server" choices:
- Kean Canvas
- Kean University Production LMS
This is because Kean is currently in the process of transitioning our Learning Management Software from Blackboard to Canvas. For more information on this transition, please see this article.
To access your Blackboard tests and quizzes, select "Kean University Production LMS."
If you select the Canvas option, you may receive an error message that your account does not exist or has not been created.
Cannot Sign In
If you're still unable to sign in when you reach the Blackboard page, please click on the "Sign in with third-party account" dropdown and select the Okta option.
