During the January 2022 virtual period, the Office of Computer and Information Services will remain open

The office will be closed only during the December 25th and December 31st holiday closures.

  • On Thursday, December 23rd, the office will operate remotely without in-person service.
  • From Monday, December 27th to Thursday, December 30th, our Help Desk phone line will operate between 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM with limited support staff. The office will be closed for walk-ins.
  • After January 3rd, our hours of operation will remain 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM. On Wednesdays during January, the office will only operate remotely, and the Help Desk phone line will remain open. Otherwise, OCIS staff will be available for in-person service, including walk-in visits at the Front Desk during the January remote work period on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday.
