How To Connect To Hybrid Classroom Equipment

CLASSROOM LOCATIONS:

• Cas 106

• Hutchinson 100

• Hennings 113 & 426

• STEM 501

• Hynes 102

• East Campus 160c

Connecting Laptop:

1. Tap touch panel

   • This will automatically power on the projector (with exception of HH426, STEM 501 and EC160c)

     • For the exception rooms, you manually need to power on the projectors from the wall control panel).

2. Connect laptop via HDMI cable

3. Click SHARE SCREEN on touch panel 

4. Click PREVIEW

   • Laptop will project on screens

Connecting ZOOM via Laptop: (recommended)

1. Follow the instructions of connecting Laptop

2. Connect USB cable to laptop

   1. This will give access to the room Camera, Microphone and speakers

3. Open Zoom from your laptop

   1. Check camera settings

      1. USB_RM# (ie USB_RM106)

   2. Check microphone settings

      1. Speakerphone (USB_RM#_Speakerphone)

   3. Check speaker settings

      1. Speakerphone (USB_RM#_Speakerphone)
