What is Web Print?
Web Print is the quickest and easiest way for students to print from a personal device (without the need to use a lab computer) to one of the public printers around campus. Web Print works while on the campus network.
How Do I Access the Web Print service?
- Open a web browser and navigate to https://webprint.kean.edu
- Log in using your Kean credentials.
- Your Kean username, quota balance, total print jobs, and total pages printed should appear under the summary.
How Do I Print from the Web Print Portal?
- Select Web Print from the menu on the left. Then click the Submit a Job button.
- Select “Submit a Job”
- This brings up a screen with a list of printers. Select the printer you would like to use.
- Click Print Options and Account Selection to proceed.
- Select the number of copies you would like to be printed then click “Upload Documents.”
- Once uploaded, the job will be rendered and held in queue.
- Click print to release. Once released, your job will be sent to the printer previously selected.
