Unable To Obtain ePermit

A browser-side issue has been identified which can interfere with the portal for obtaining ePermits. Certain aspects of the webpage may not load, such as the option for a student term pass or the "No charge" option for the payment method.

This error is typically caused by the browser's cache (i.e. saved data from websites), especially if you have made a previous "purchase" attempts. Please try the following steps:
  1. Delete your browser's "Browsing Data" for at least the last 7 days
    (or, use a Private/Incognito window, or an entirely separate browser or device if you do not wish to delete that data)
  2. Log out and log back in
  3. Attempt the permit purchase again
  4. If still unable to proceed, return to the start and remove the permit you have in progress, then re-start a new one.

How To Clear Browser Data

Be advised that clearing your Browser may log you out of certain webpages and clear some of your website auto-fill settings.
Google Chrome (Computer)

  1. Click on the 3 Dot menu at the top right (beneath the X to close the window)
  2. Hover over "More Tools" toward the bottom
  3. In the new menu that appears, click on "Clear Browsing Data"

Ensure that the Cache and Cookies are selected for at least the last 7 days.

Google Chrome (Phone)

  1. Tap on the 3 Dot menu at the top right (next to the buttons to create and switch tabs)
  2. Tap on History toward the top
  3. Tap on "Clear browsing data..."
  4. In the new menu that appears, click on "Clear Browsing Data"

Ensure that the Cache and Cookies are selected for at least the last 7 days.

Safari (Computer)

  1. Click on the word Safari in the top menu bar
  2. Click on "Clear History"
  3. Select the data you'd like to clear and select "Clear"

Ensure that the Cache and Cookies are selected for at least the last 7 days. 

Safari (Phone)

  1. Open your phone's Settings app
  2. Go to the Safari menu for Settings
  3. At the bottom of the list, tap "Clear cookies and data" (or similar)

Ensure that the Cache and Cookies are selected for at least the last 7 days. 

Microsoft Internet Edge (Computer)

  1. Ciick on the 3 Dot menu at the top right (beneath the X you use to close the Window)
  2. Look for ⚙Settings toward the bottom and click on it
  3. On the left, click the Privacy option in the menu
  4. Scroll down to "Clear browsing data"
  5. Click the button "Choose what to clear"

Ensure that the Cache and Cookies are selected for at least the last 7 days.
