- An elevated user session can be initiated by right-clicking the Admin by Request application via the system tray or desktop icon.

- After doing so, you will be prompted to enter your email, phone number, and justification for the request. The email and phone number field are populated by information from our directory but can be modified (if needed). Click Ok

- Once submitted, you will be prompted to accept the “code of conduct”. Please read carefully and click Ok.

- The request for an elevated session will be approved (automatically) and a session time will display at the bottom-right side of your screen.

- Once your activities requiring elevated access have concluded, click the Finish button on the session time to close your session. Click Yes to confirm.
