CAS 234 - 238 

EQUIPMENT: Control Panel (wall), Camera, Ceiling Microphone & Speakers 

CONNECTIONS: USB & HDMI

HOW TO CONNECT: 

1. Press Projector On (Wall Touch Panel)
2. Connect HDMI cable to laptop
3. Connect USB cable to laptop 
   • Why is this important?
     • It connects audio to the room (videos, Zoom, Blackboard etc.)
     • It connects to the Camera in the room
     • It connects to the microphone in the room
       • Needed for Zoom, Blackboard, GoogleMeet etc. 
4. When done: Press Projector Off (Wall Touch Panel) 

NOTE: Under audio/video settings within any of the video conferencing platforms, the device should be connected to; 

Room_234 or Room 235 (the naming convention should show Room number they are in)
