Please see the following steps to troubleshoot this issue:
For email(s):
- Open an incognito tab or InPrivate window and log in on outlook.kean.edu.
- If you are able to now see the emails, clear browser history, cookies, and cache; try again (without incognito/InPrivate)
- If you are not, please enter a ticket here.
For file(s):
- Go to your Google Drive and view the files
- If the files are owned by another individual, they would need to be reshared with you
- If owned by you, take a screenshot/record the information and please enter a ticket here.
