I cannot see my previous emails/files.

Please see the following steps to troubleshoot this issue:

For email(s):

  1. Open an incognito tab or InPrivate window and log in on outlook.kean.edu.
  2. If you are able to now see the emails, clear browser history, cookies, and cache; try again (without incognito/InPrivate)
  3. If you are not, please enter a ticket here.

For file(s):

  1. Go to your Google Drive and view the files
  2. If the files are owned by another individual, they would need to be reshared with you
  3. If owned by you, take a screenshot/record the information and please enter a ticket here.
