I cannot access my delegated email (departmental, program, or of the like).

Please see the following steps on how to access a delegated account;

  1. Navigate to Outlook (outlook.kean.edu) and right click your email address in the left folder pane.
  2. Select Add shared folder or mailbox.
  3. Enter the name or email address of the person who shared the mailbox with you in the dialog box and click Add.
  4. The shared mailbox appears under the Shared with me on the left.
