I configured my account on my mobile device incorrectly - what do I do?

If you were an Exchange user prior to the move to Exchange Online:

This page is intended to provide step-by-step instructions on how to remove your current Exchange account from your mobile device, and only for users who were using the Outlook app prior to the move to Exchange Online. ​ *If you did not use the Outlook mobile app prior to today, please proceed to the next page. ​ Following the move to Exchange Online (Outlook 365), you will be automatically signed out of your Outlook mobile app. A sign in prompt will appear. Do NOT SIGN IN. ​ Instead, select the account profile icon. ​ Select the Settings icon. Select Accounts. ​ Select your Exchange Account. ​ Select Remove Account.​ Select Remove From This Device.

 

If you had a Kean Google account:

This page is intended to provide step-by-step instructions on how to remove a Kean Google account from your mobile device​ ​Confirm the configured account is not an M365 account. ​ Select the Settings icon.​ Select Accounts. Select your Gmail Account. ​ Select Remove From This Device.​ Or​ ​Select Remove From All Devices. ​ Allow for the change to take effect. ​
