How to connect to eduroam on Windows Devices

1. Go to the System Tray (usually located at bottom right) and click the Internet icon.

2. Select “eduroam” from the list of available networks, then click on “Connect.”

3. If prompted, click on “Connect” again.

4. Enter your email address ([email protected]) and password, then click on “OK.”

5. If your device has not yet received the eduroam certificate, you may see a Windows Security Alert stating, “The connection attempt could not be completed”. You can click a button to view details.  

6. Once connected successfully, you will see “connected.”
