OneDrive automatically send email reminders for shared files that have not been opened. To dsiable these notification, the file owner must follow these steps:
- Go to OneDrive using a web browser.
- Sign in with your University credentials.
- Click the Gear icon in the top right corner, then select OneDrive settings.
- Navigate to the Notifications tab and toggle off "Reminders for missed sharing emails".
