Important: ProctorU is managed and supported by Kean Global, not Kean IT.

Before submitting a request, please ensure you have the following information available: 

    • Course name and section  
    • Exam name and date  
    • Detailed description of the issue  
    • Any error messages received  
    • Screenshots (if applicable)

To receive assistance, follow these steps:

  3. Complete all required fields with detailed information, including:

Common Issues & Troubleshooting

Issue: Unable to schedule an exam  

  • Ensure your account is properly set up and linked to your course  

Issue: Technical errors during exam  

  • Check your internet connection and system requirements  
  • Restart your browser or device  

Issue: Cannot access ProctorU account  

  • Verify login credentials and reset password if needed
